Product Description

2 layer co-extrusion film is more stronger than the 1 layer blown film.
the screw use 55 diameter 2 set, out put can be about 120Kgs/Hour, if you want higher output can use 60 diameter or bigger size.


Feature:
It is used for blowing PE(HDPE LDPE) film, which is widely used for as laminating film, packing film, agriculture film, film for textile, clothing bag, ect. The main motor is controlled by inverter, which not only increase the stability for speed adjustment, but also can save 30%'s energy. Both the screw and barrel adopt 38 CrMoAl, with nitrided treatment. The traction frame adopts lifting type, so that can make the cooling effect at its best, no matter how much width the film is.
